Good For You Maid-Rites

Here's a Family favorite past down from my mom, which she got from her mother.

We all enjoy this, even my three-year-old niece, Violet.

It has become a must at all of our family gatherings.

- 3 pounds of grass fed beef

- 2 tablespoon of dried onion

- 1/2 of water

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (read the ingredients, most of these have high fructose corn syrup, corn starch or some kind of unhealthy ingredient)

- 1 tablespoon coconut amino‘s (like soy sauce)

- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar

- 2 tablespoon of coconut sugar (Brown sugar)

-Brown and ground beef

Add all the ingredients and allow to simmer for as long as you’d like. . . This is also fantastic when started in the morning, cooked in the crock-pot all day. . . I like to eat my maid-rites on a bed of romaine, with Dijon mustard, sliced white onions, and pickles. . This makes for a excellent high protein, healthy fat meal. .

This stays fresh refrigerated up to 4 days.

Need another meal, but lack time. Use the beef for spaghetti or tacos.
