Incorporate variety

When it comes to food, you should have a varied diet because too much of anything isn’t good for the body.

Prepare for emergencies before-hand.

Sometimes, you might find yourself sick or busy in an activity, in which case you’ll be unable to cook food. In such cases, families often order unhealthy fast food from nearby restaurants.

To avoid such scenarios, always freeze leftover food, especially proteins, and then defrost, heat and enjoy these meals whenever you can’t find time to cook food.

This way, even if you’re too busy to prepare a meal, your family will still be eating hygienic home-made food.

Explore new recipes by yourself.
