What seems to be happening?

Our body becomes addicted to these food additives, & artificial sweeteners that are more times than none, in processed foods.

So how can we eliminate the self-sabotaging cravings we’re experiencing?

I’m going to take you through how to eliminate sugar/artificial sweeteners, and what you will expect.

Artificial sweeteners are 40 times sweeter than sugar which can make natural sweet things, like fruit taste less satisfying and delicious.

Expect a good 30 days to get detox your system.

In those 30 days, you may experience irritability, depression, tension, nausea, and sweating.

HOW TO COPE:

===> Exercise.Even walking will help you to overcome the with drawl symptoms.

===> Drink plenty of water to speed up the detoxification of artificial sugars.

===> Many people continue to crave sweets during the withdrawal.

To handle the cravings pick natural sugars like:

- honey

- agave nectar

- pure maple syrup

- date sugar

- fresh fruit

The above are all excellent choices.

Now the artificial sweeteners and chemically processed ingredients do a number on the gut bacteria, so we need to repair the healthy bacteria through the process.

STEPS TO TAKE:

===> Take probiotic supplements daily

===> The colon needs to be slightly acidic, so adding fresh lemon juice to an 8-16 ounce (depending on the strength of the lemon and ACV you like) glass of water every day.

Combine with 1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar; this will improve and repair good gut bacteria.

===> Enjoy fermented foods like

- Kiefer

- sauerkraut

- yogurt.

As you begin this journey of putting a stop to sugar cravings, expect it to be challenging.

But one that you CAN conquer.

On the other side will be such empowerment... since YOU are now in control and not the cravings dictating your thoughts.

Push through the difficulties.
