Spices To Help Remove Belly Fat

Have you tried everything to get rid of belly bloat or inflammation and nothing seems to works?

Or maybe you're left with nasty little side effects from those over the counter meds.

Maybe it's time to give natural spices a try, you may be surprised.

===> Black pepper-

Black pepper helps with tummy troubles and inflammation (comes from the foods we eat

- refined flour

- fried foods

- sugar

- artificial sweeteners

In a recent study that was done on animals they found that Pepper has the ability to interfere with forming new fat cells

===> Ginger-

As we learned from last week ginger will reduce belly bloat as well as improve gastrointestinal symptoms.

Which helps accelerate “emptying” out.

Ginger is a well known medical root, reducing cholesterol, assists in relaxation and it helps activate thermogenesis, which enables our body to burn FAT.

===> Cayenne -

In a study from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that the daily intake of Cayenne pepper improved abdominal fat loss.

===> Cinnamon- Cinnamon contains powerful antioxidants that improve insulin sensitivity (do you want more about this).

Cinnamon reduces the accumulation of belly fat. By adding just a teaspoon to a starchy meal, you’ll be helping to stabilize blood sugar. Add to your morning oatmeal, or sweet potato.

===> Mustard seed- Scientists at England’s Oxford Polytechnic Institute, found that eating just 1 teaspoon of mustard can boost metabolism up to 25% for several hours after eating. Just be sure that when choosing mustard, you’re picking one that’s not neon yellow or honey and based.

When choosing a meal that will cause belly bloat, remember these tips to insure relief.

And if you forget...

take a walk, or do jumping jacks.
